Subscriptions
Subscription Renewal: Your card will be automatically charged, and your subscription will resume each month. If you do not want your subscription to be renewed, please contact us before the renewal date.
If you mistype your shipping address during checkout and we send your letters, you are not entitled to a refund. We will, however, resend your letters to the corrected address as a courtesy.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of an address change
Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will receive a cancellation email notification stating that the account has been cancelled.
